Fast Track Home Loans Competitions - Terms & Conditions of Entry
The Fast Track Home Loans Prize competitions ("Promotions") is a series of prize competitions conducted under the Privacy Laws established in Australia for and on behalf of Fast Track Home Loans- ABN 68 529759397.
1.Information on how to enter the Promotion and a description of the prizes that may be won in the Promotion form part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Entries not complying with these Terms & Conditions of Entry are ineligible and the Promoter reserves its absolute right to disqualify any person(s) from the Promotion if any entries do not comply with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
2.The Promotion is open to all Fast Track Home Loans customers who are clients or are referred to by clients of Fast Track Home Loans. Entry into the Promotion is free. Directors, management and employees of Fast Track Home Loans and its agencies directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be displayed on the Fast Track Home Loans Website or by telephoning the 07 3263 4123.
3.Definitions within this Promotion:
Person(s) means a person who is a client or has been a client or is referred by a current client of Fast Track Home Loans.
Promotion means the Fast Track Home Loans Prize competitions promotion governed by these Terms & Conditions of Entry and conducted as a promotion under the Fast Track Home Loans banner.
Promotional Period means: 01/07/2008 to 01/06/2010.
4.For each Promotion, there may be varied prize categories, a bi-monthly prize draw and a Major prize draw.
5.To enter the Promotion, a Person(s) must follow the promotion instructions.
6.Prize winners will be determined by a manual or automated random draw of all valid entries.
7.The first valid entry randomly drawn will be the winning entry for each prize. All prize winners will be contacted by phone and/or mail, and published on the Website. If a winning entry is invalid, that entry will be discarded and the prize will be awarded by randomly drawing another entry in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
8.Prizes may be transferred or exchanged unless otherwise clearly stated and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9.If a winner does not claim their prize within 3 months from the date of determination of that winner, their entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draws as are necessary in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date. Any such winners will be contacted by phone and mail, and have their names published on the Website.
10.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning of the prizes. Independent financial advice should be sought.
11.The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any Person(s) who is in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry or the Terms and Conditions of the Everyday Rewards Program or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or benefits from manipulating, the entry process or the Promotion.
12.The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person's negligence) relating to the Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
13.The Promoter may use any personal information that a Person(s) has provided to it as part of the Fast Track Home Loans prize promotion for the purpose of running the Promotion, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the Promotion. For purposes of public statements and advertisements the Promoter will only publish the winner’s surname, initial and home suburb. The Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. Unless the Person(s) has opted-out of communication within their Registration, the Promoter may use personal information a Person(s) has provided to send the Person(s) information about Fast Track Home Loans products and services (including via electronic means), and may disclose the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centers, advertising agencies and direct mail houses) the Promoter engages for that purpose. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act (Cth) 1988. A copy of the Promoter's privacy policy can be viewed at the Website. To request access to, or to update, personal information the Promoter holds about them, entrants can contact the Promoter in writing at Fast Track Home Loans.
14.In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of Fast Track Home Loans is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Fast Track Home Loans expects that person(s) will enter any competition created by Fast Track Home Loans in Good Faith and acknowledge that they would be able to fulfill and make good any reasonable requirements around the capacity to fulfill the Term and Conditions of procuring a home loan (or any other loan) if and when referred by any other persons. Fast Track Home Loans reserves the right to make this judgement in its absolute discretion.

Changes to Terms and Conditions and Termination Subject to prior notice, Fast Track Home Loans reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time. An updated copy of the Terms and Conditions will be published on the Fast Track Home Loans Website or by telephoning our 07 3263 4123. Continuing after amendments to the Terms and Conditions have been published on our Website will be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
